Encircled in 24K gold plated and enameled wreath, tiny boats bob in the marina in front of the promenade of Riverplace and the Alexis Hotel while the skyline stands behind it all. Moving from the Portland Plaza and the Riviera Building, the scene includes the KOIN Tower, the First Interstate Bank Building, the PacWest Building, the Marriott Hotel and the Benjamin Franklin Building -- each captured with amazing detail.
